Pursuant to Article 16, paragraph 1, point 2, indent 4 of the Articles of Association of the Serbian Chamber of Healthcare Institutions, the Board of the Chamber in its fourth meeting held on 12 December 2007 adopted the following:
Under the Decision on Organisation and Work of the Professional Service of the Serbian Chamber of Healthcare Institutions (hereinafter referred to as: the Decision), in conformity with the Chamber’s Articles of Association, the following is established:
The organisation and work of the Technical Service shall be organised and carried out in a single work process in order to provide expertise, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, timeliness and professionalism in the performance of duties from the service’s scope.
Article 3
The Professional Service performs duties and responsibilities as set forth in the Chamber’s Articles of Association, other general acts, the Chamber’s Activity Plans and special decisions of the Chamber’s Management Board.
In order to perform the duties and responsibilities set forth in Article 3 hereof, the work in the Professional Service is organised by sectors as organisational forms, namely:
The Department of the Chamber’s Professional Service in Novi Sad performs duties set forth by this Decision as well as duties and responsibilities set forth by the Chamber’s Articles of Association, other general acts, the Chamber’s Activity Plans and special decisions of the Chamber’s Management Board, in accordance with the act on classification of duties and responsibilities of the Chamber’s Professional Service.
Within the Sector of Healthcare Economics, the following duties are performed in particular:
Within the Sector of General Affairs, the following duties are performed in particular:
Within this Sector, there is a group for general affairs of the Professional Service in charge of:
The work of the Professional Service is performed in a single work process in full cooperation and in coordination of its organisational parts.
The Professional Service carries out its duties within the terms and in the manner as set forth by the Articles of Association, other general acts, the Chamber’s Activity Plan or special decisions of the management body.
In carrying out its duties, the Professional Service cooperates with other professional services set forth in Article 36, paragraph 3, of the Chamber’s Articles of Association.
The work of the Professional Service is managed by the Secretary of the Chamber, who also organises and controls its work and undertakes measures to improve the Service’s work.
All duties of the Professional Service specified in Articles 3 and 8 of this Decision shall be done by employees of the Professional Service whose number, educational degree of specific type of profile, the necessary knowledge and skills and other requirements for work in a particular workplace are determined by the Secretary of the Chamber, in a special general act of the classification of jobs and workplaces in the Professional Service.
In order to perform certain expert tasks from the plan of the Chamber’s activities, which require a multidisciplinary approach, but are not of permanent, but of temporary character, and therefore the Chamber does not employ such experts, the Secretary of the Chamber may engage such experts in order to have those tasks performed in a timely and quality manner, as provided by law.
With the coming into effect of this Decision, the Decision on the Organisation and Work of Professional Service of the Serbian Chamber of Healthcare Institutions 16 September 1996, as well as its amendments of 26 October 1998 shall cease to be in force.
This Decision shall enter into force on the 8th day from the date of its publication on the notice board of the Chamber.
